How does Hızlı O handle e-commerce delivery and returns?
An e-commerce seller creates orders from the panel or the app. Goods can be stored in our Alayköy warehouse, shipped on order and delivered by courier, and returns are handled in the same flow. Every delivery is documented with a Photo Delivery Record, GPS location and timestamp, and an invoice is issued for every order. The buyer can pay on delivery, or you can take payment at order time by virtual POS or payment link. Returns are handled only inside Northern Cyprus.

Cash on delivery
The buyer pays when receiving the product and the collection is recorded. With the Hızlı O Corporate SME feature, cash and card payments for cash-on-delivery sales are collected from the end customer by Hızlı O. The collected amount is held in an escrow account at Near East Bank. After a percentage set in your agreement is deducted, the money is transferred to the SME's account on the same day, after 14 days or after 30 days, as agreed. Virtual POS or a payment link also works at order time.
Returns
With İade Al (Take back) we collect the returned product from the buyer and bring it to you or the warehouse. With İade Et (Return) the buyer can send the product back to the seller. Every step has a delivery record.
Out of scope
Food and hot meal delivery, cold-chain products, armoured transport and escort are not offered.

Can I store my goods in your warehouse?
Yes. With the Depola (Store) operation goods are kept in the Alayköy warehouse and shipped on order. Acceptance conditions are clarified in the quote.
