The seller creates the order in the panel or the app. A courier collects the parcel, live tracking starts, and at handover a Photo Delivery Record, GPS location and timestamp are captured. An invoice is issued for every order. Hızlı O does not deliver food or hot meal orders.
With Take Back and Return, a returned item is collected from the buyer and brought to the seller. Every step is recorded, so the path of the return is documented. Returns are handled within the TRNC only.
The buyer can pay when receiving the parcel. The collection is recorded and the details are agreed together during the quote. Virtual POS or a payment link can also be used at order time.
Your goods are kept in our roughly 1,012 m² Alayköy warehouse, which runs on solar power. When an order arrives the item leaves the warehouse and goes out for delivery. There is no cold room, so temperature-sensitive goods travel in temperature-controlled carriers.
Large and heavy shipments travel by panel van, parcels and boxes by scooter courier. The list of items we cannot carry is in the terms of use. We do not provide armored vehicles, armed escort or convoy services.
