What proof do you get with each delivery?
Every Hızlı O delivery is documented link by link. At handover the courier takes a photo that is added to the order as a Photo Delivery Record. Location and time are recorded with GPS and a timestamp on every delivery, so the question of where and when has an answer. Where required, a signature or delivery code is taken from the recipient. You follow the shipment live on the web and in the app, and an invoice is issued for every order and appears in your records. The proof is a photo, location and timestamp: we do not offer video proof of delivery.

Scope limits
- We do not deliver food or hot meal orders.
- We do not provide armored vehicles, armed escort or convoy services.
- There is no cold-chain service and no cold room in the warehouse. Room-temperature goods are carried.
- We do not offer video proof of delivery.
